1. Acceptance

By using FitMirror AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

FitMirror AI generates AI-powered virtual try-on images from photos you provide. Results are synthetic images produced by an AI model; garment fit, color and details are approximations and may differ from reality. Results are for personal, informational and entertainment purposes and are not a guarantee of how a product will actually look or fit.

3. Free use and ads

• FitMirror AI is free to use and funded by advertising.
• Try-ons are unlocked by watching rewarded ads; there are no purchases or subscriptions. 1 try-on = 1 generation (including regenerations). The number of ads required may vary.
• Try-ons are consumed only on successful generations; a failed generation is not counted.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob and subject to Google's terms.

4. Your content and conduct

You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload — either your own photo or one used with the subject's permission. You must NOT use the app to: create images of another person without their consent; create sexually explicit, deceptive or defamatory content; infringe intellectual property; or violate any law. We may suspend service for misuse.

5. Ownership

You keep rights to the photos you upload. Generated images are provided to you for personal use. The app, its design and branding remain the property of FitMirror AI.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Third-party services

Image generation uses Google's Gemini API; advertising is provided by Google AdMob. Their terms apply to those components.

8. Termination and changes

We may update these terms or discontinue the service; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use means acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; disputes are subject to the courts of İstanbul.
